I stopped taking Lexapro cold turkey 2-3 weeks ago, which I know I should have consulted my doctor about first, but I had a moment of frustration and decided for myself that I didn't need it. Luckily I was only on it for about a month's time and had minor withdrawal symptoms. Debating on restarting the medication or not, but I think I'll consult my ENT specialist over my primary care doctor this time as he really wants to get me off meds asap.
