Forgetting things within a minute?

Last night I was watching a show and it went to a commercial. After a few commercials I forget what happened before the commercial. It came back to me but it took a minute. I’m female, 48 next month. I swear by Grape Seed Extract as it reduces Amyloid plaque on the brain. I've been taking it for many yrs and at 84 have a good brain and memory. Do some research on it and memory issues. You are young.
