Cary, NC, Real Estate Reflections

While being blessed with one of the strongest real estate markets in the country makes it enjoyable helping folks buy and sell homes in Cary, NC, I have to pause from time to time and ponder the real estate market conditions across the U.S.

I strongly believe that "All Real Estate is Local," that hyperlocal activity is a key to success in real estate. Some regions and cities, even in our area are typically more or less active, and higher or lower in price than other areas.

We Triangle residents are in an area that remains highly desirable. Cary enjoys a mild climate, proximity to services, top-grade medical care and facilities, recreation, Raleigh, the seat of North Carolina State government, and multiple universities of world-class quality.
Additionally, generally easy living is rampant.

Whether the Buyer seeks newer or older homes, single family detached or town homes, the variety of choices is excellent. Luxury and affordable homes are both represented.

Cary, Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill and the surrounding towns offer so much, and make it so easy to enjoy life!

Hi. Thank you for your comments. After sharing 35 years in and near Sarasota, FL, our plan to relocate to an area with excellent healthcare options and great public transportation has begun via the internet. The research triangle of NC seems early in our research to fill the bill. Can you make suggestions? We may well rent during our first year in NC to make certain of a choice for a place to call home. Our thanks, George and Kathy Williamson

Do you sell a lot of house with Epoxy Flooring in garage, basement, or rooms? if so, does it make difference or value when selling.
