Welcome To Case's Column
Let me say a big welcome to all of you for joining me here. I'm going to call these blog meetings Case's Column. I wanted to use "Corner", but that was already taken.
Since 2008, it's been a real privilege to come on here and share some of my life with you, and it's a big world where we live.
In these blogs, I'll just speak whatever is on my mind, but we will be playing within the rules here. I may pick a particular topic, point out an event, or shoot the breeze. I'm a little bit of an essayist at times, so I'll just speak what's on my mind, and I might tell a story or two. Or, I might spew out an opinion or three. There will be some serious moments, some tender, some poignant, but there will also be those moments that you'll just bust out laughing. But, hopefully, everything will be in good fun here. And, of course, there's a place below for your comments and thoughts as we go along here. So feel free to join me for the ride -- I sure as heck hope I'm doing this right and not making any mistakes.
Thanks for taking your time in reading Case's Column. Hopefully, you'll enjoy being entertained by it as much as I've enjoyed putting these writings together. And thanks for the time you spend in City-Data.com, where it's great to be alive!
Regards,

Baby Lives Matter: A Victory For America
Posted 06-24-2022 at 05:44 PM by case44
It needed to go. This had been an unconstitutional waste of a law, and you cannot federalize the things that individual states can actually decide on.
Technicalities aside, America got some needed good news this morning when the Supreme Court decided to strike down the Roe v. Wade travesty. So, now, the power of decision goes back where it belongs, to individual states. In addition, that same Supreme Court also struck down a ridiculous New York gun-grabbing law yesterday. All in all, a good couple of days in what had been a bad-news world in America since Joe Biden* stole the 2020 election. God is smiling on my great America. Babies did not need to be senselessly murdered for the last fifty years. Power to the people is back, at least for now.
I even heard Michael Berry on the radio playing Kool & The Gang's "Celebration" during my drive home from work today. It should be a celebration, as baby lives do matter!
Yes, you're going to hear (if not already) far-left goons everywhere complaining about the Roe v. Wade reversal, to the point where some folks are planning violent acts and rioting against fellow Americans. After all, what else does today's left do? They hate babies, they hate guns, and they hate, well, everything. Joe Biden* expressed dismay over the ruling, saying the previous law was constitutional. And, of course, that's a lie, but then, that's all that Bumbling Biden* and Kamala Harris* ever do. You can't trust government these days when they lie all the time. This upcoming midterm election might as well be a referendum on the far-left's penchant for violence, which many Americans, frankly, are tired of. Far-left militants insist that it's "a woman's right to choose", but how does that make sense when they vote for a political party that doesn't really support choice? Today's Democrats are not interested in letting anyone choose anything, as they are anti-freedom. They want government to control your bodies, your minds, your hands, your feet, on and on. So you ladies out there who are P-O'd over today's ruling, how can you say it's a choice when the government you supposedly worship doesn't want you to even make your own choices?? Can't blame Republicans, who happen to be the real party of choice. Lots of hypocrisy tones reek in today's political left.
And as for Americans who support life (which, pretty much, is most of us), today offered a sweet victory for anyone who lives and breathes. We have every reason to go ga-ga over letting babies live and letting life happen. God is good...............all the time!

The anti-liberty, anti-freedom Democrats don't make a lick of sense when they try to argue their cases for abortion. The concepts contradict each other.

I thank president Trump for his "choice" in SCOTUS nominees.
I'm also thankful my state legislature and governor had a trigger law in place beforehand.Posted 06-26-2022 at 06:02 PM by MoNative34
