  • In the 60's Coward was one of the worst speed traps in the nation. The speed limit dropped suddenly from 55 to 35 and the police lurked right as the speed limit dropped with no time to slow down. This wasnotrh of town. A very poor reputation especially among traveling salesmen like me.
