Severe storms causes extensive flooding in Lewis County Washington. Water remains on farmland along Rt. 6 near Chehalis. Floodwaters damaged farms, roads, businesses and homes affecting thousands of residents. With a Federal Declaration FEMA responds with assistance to state and local governments.
