Freeport, IL, August 4,2010-Rep Donald A Manzullo,R-IL talks with representative about flood maps during a meeting of local state and federal officials in Freeport,IL. The meeting was held to explain the damage assessment process being conducted by FEMA and the Il Emergency Management agency at the request of the IL Governor's office.
