Todd Jones, superintendent of the Center for Domestic Preparedness (CDP) demonstrates a positive result for nerve agent during training at the CDP’s Chemical, Ordnance, Biological, and Radiological (COBRA) Training Facility. The COBRA is the nation’s only toxic chemical agent training facility for civilian responders.
