The Edward Hynes Elementary School hosts a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrates the resiliency of the Orleans Parish School Board and the Lakeview community. The new Edward Hynes Elementary School is approximately 107,000 square feet and is a two-story, steel and masonry school building for approximately 600 students. The project includes classrooms, media center, gymnasium, music/performing arts facilities, administrative areas, computer and science labs, a dining/assembly room and a kitchen. FEMA/Gioan Nguyen
