The room was packed with volunteers recently for a training session at the Warwick, R.I., Joint Field Office (JFO) on how to use an evacuation chair. In case of a fire or other emergencies, the special chair enables anyone who finds it difficult or impossible to use stairs to exit a JFO quickly.
