PROPERTY TAX - "An ad valorem tax, usually levied by a city or county, on the value of real or personal property that the taxpayer owns on a specified date."

Estate in land means temporary / limited / qualified ownership.

Private property = protected from being taken for public use.
Estate = not protected from being taken for public use.

Since 1933, no lawful money has circulated with which to alienate title to private property.

Since 1935, "voluntary" socialists surrendered their birthright to absolutely own private property, and can only hold qualified ownership of estate, subject to taxation and restriction for the privilege.

In case you forgot Marxism 101:
COMMUNISM - the ownership of property, or means of production, distribution and supply, by the whole of a classless society, with wealth shared on the principle of 'to each according to his need', each yielding fully 'according to his ability'.
- - - Webster's Dictionary.

SOCIALISM - A political and economic theory advocating collective ownership of the means of production and control of distribution. It is based upon the belief that all, while contributing to the good of the community, are equally entitled to the care and protection which the community can provide.
--- Webster's dictionary
Socialism and communism = COLLECTIVE ownership.

From the Communist manifesto:
"In this sense, the theory of the Communists may be summed up in the single sentence: Abolition of private property."
Check your own state's constitution for the explicit delegation of power to tax. It will invariably refer to estate (real and personal property). Diligently search for any mention that private property is subject to taxation or regulation.
When you realize how much you've been robbed, perhaps you might read some more law.
