Charlotte has some cool art around the city.



I didnt know about this masterpiece until I saw it in the Sunday Observer so I had to go check it out.



It really cool it has rotating parts that come together and form this face.
Once the face forms water comes out of its mouth for a brief period then the whole head turns then the whole head rotates to a different posistion then the head transforms again into different shapes.
