Let's talk about how Arpaio's "lead investigator," used car salesman Mike Zullo, has been lying about the Obama birth certificate. During the press conference he repeatedly claimed that:

But he has a problem.
There is no "green background layer."
Here is what he is referring to as the "green background layer."
But look at
all the other stuff that is part of
the same layer? It has the complete outline of the form boxes. It has most (but not all) of the signatures. It has a few handfuls of random letters from the pre-printed from text. It has the shadow of the bound volume page. It has the last digit of the Certificate Number.
It has all kinds of stiff that (if Zullo is telling the truth) had to be added last
along with the green background because it's all part of the same object.
What idiotic forger would put the letter "R" in "BARACK" in a completely different layer and then add it last?
No human forger would do such a stupid, pointless, random thing.
But you know what would?
An optimization algorithm.
Birthers fail.
