Went to Viola's for the grandopening day (thought it was earlier, but obviously wrong from the huge sign stating 18 May was the grandopening).
Food was good, prices were steep and service needs work. There was quite a wait (20 min for a table for 3) and that was because we took the patio....there was LOTS of open table both inside and on the patio, so obviously either a server or kitchen issue, because lots of folks waiting could have been seated.
I am hoping that they will "work out the bugs" and certain that they will based on their other two establishments, but for a $100 lunch for 3 folks (total of 5 drinks, hubby had 2 of the margaritias) they are going to have to get their game on to keep it busy for sure.
I can see HUGE potential, but opening day was a little rough around the edges....
