This is really odd. Just walking outside it feels to me like the muggiest day of the year by far, even more than when the dewpoint was 75 at the beginning of the month. I mean EXACTLY like Florida in July. Can this feeling be artificially enhanced by having rain on the ground? Or could these measurements malfunction?
