A trial would have opened up a lot of NFL dirty laundry now it can be swept under the rug. A real crusader for change would not have taken the easy payday. Kaep can now cash in on paid speeches, write a book and get his Nike check.

It would have exposed the collusion as that is all that would have been presented. There is no need for a trial to understand what went on.
Kaep is a better QB than Josh Johnson. He was far less disruptive than Josh Gordon to the team. Gordon doesn't even bothering to show up and he still has a job.
