Several comments -

I appreciate all the comments. You have no idea how many maps and resources I’ve used to this point! Growing up in the south, I’ve seen what pine trees can do to a home. In the early 90’s, we had a snow-thunderstorm hit our area and took a branch through the roof. Luckily, the damage wasn’t bad. I have no desire to repeat that.

The mulcher reported no unexpected trash or debris. Thank goodness. He sent a few pictures and it turned out well, as expected.


This is what we’re facing. The trees aren’t too mature but the brush is thick.



This was the first cut from the paved road into the property:



A few hours later....



From the mulcher: It’s really going to be beautiful, the back part is really going to be nice.”

The property falls off towards the back but nothing significant.
