Sounds like a bunch of random sentences to me.
I apologize. Much of that information creates cognitive dissonance the first time one is exposed to it.

Let me focus on one small part - law that protects property rights, such as absolute ownership of private property.
"PRIVATE PROPERTY - As protected from being taken for public uses, is such property as belongs absolutely to an individual, and of which he has the exclusive right of disposition. Property of a specific, fixed and tangible nature, capable of being in possession and transmitted to another, such as houses, lands, and chattels." - - - Black's Law dictionary, sixth ed., p.1217

"OWNERSHIP - ... Ownership of property is either absolute or qualified. The ownership of property is absolute when a single person has the absolute dominion over it... The ownership is qualified when it is shared with one or more persons, when the time of enjoyment is deferred or limited, or when the use is restricted. " - - -Black's Law dictionary, sixth ed., p. 1106

Amendment V, US Constitution 1789
... nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

Private property is land, houses, and chattels owned absolutely by INDIVIDUALS and protected from being taken for public use. And pursuant to the Federal Constitution, any private property taken within ITS exclusive jurisdiction, the owner must be compensated JUSTLY.

From the Communist manifesto:
"In this sense, the theory of the Communists may be summed up in the single sentence: Abolition of private property."

COMMUNISM - the ownership of property, or means of production, distribution and supply, by the whole of a classless society, with wealth shared on the principle of 'to each according to his need', each yielding fully 'according to his ability'. Webster's Dictionary.

SOCIALISM - A political and economic theory advocating collective ownership of the means of production and control of distribution. It is based upon the belief that all, while contributing to the good of the community, are equally entitled to the care and protection which the community can provide.
--- Webster's dictionary

Both Socialism and Communism espouse collective ownership (qualified ownership), and seek to abolish private ownership.

And as anyone can attest, failure to pay one's "real estate" taxes will result in condemnation and auction upon the courthouse steps, and NO JUST COMPENSATION IS FORTHCOMING. Because no enumerated socialist has the legal status to absolutely own land and house. Instead, he only has qualified ownership of the land and house he thought was his.

So any "benefit" from New Deal Socialism was a net LOSS of absolute ownership rights to one's property. That is why we must pay taxes on just about everything as well as get permission (license) to do just about anything. We no longer have absolute ownership of ourselves, our labor and the fruits of our labor. We can't marry, travel, open businesses, construct homes, have a dog, nor enter occupations without permission and tax bills.

And the ones who DO control us, aren't in the duly elected legislatures, nor executive offices of these united States.

Ignorance is not bliss.
