This home is 3yo 6br 5ba and the taxes are 1/4 of that in Baldwin. Car insurance and utilities are 1/2 of what I was paying. Throw in gas,food, etc and I'm actually saving money every month. The schools are great and the neighbors are even better, I'm so glad to be off the Island
