Hi ya'll...I've been a member of CD for a while but am just now really getting into it so I have a question...I figured out how to "rep" someone but my question is...WHY? What is the meaning/purpose of rep? How does it differ from DM? Thanks for your answers.
Gives the username credibility. Each time someone likes, agrees with, or wants to give props "reps" someone. It doesn't offer the opposite option, though.
Giving rep is a way to reward another member for posting an answer to a question you had or for making a post that you liked. It's a way of saying "I like that and I want to see more of it!"
