Not complaining, just curious...why is there an age limit for the city-data forum and how do you(the mods) enforce it?

No, the city-data one. I've used an account for almost a year and now it's suspended because I let it slip in a post a few days ago that I'm below 16 years of age. What is the age limit for and how would you verify someone's age?

. . . and now I believe you've violated the TOS again by creating a duplicate account to circumvent the suspension.

Whoa! Sensible conversations? Do you realize the irony of your words?

I'm always in the weather forum and came here for an explanation. I find it odd that I can get suspended for revealing my age yet CityData never asked for it when I registered nor is there any explanation behind it in the TOS other then the rule itself. Not many 13 year olds would find joining a forum worthwhile anyway. I joined this forum for its wealth of information and open community, not to cause trouble.

So now after being suspended for not being old enough, you advertise you have a new account?

You must be 16 years of age or older to register.

That is copied from the TOS...You may want to go read them again, and whether you read them or not when you signed up twice, you did check something saying you agreed....
