I get them? I got so much I sent them to spam. I forget to reset it. Lol

Go to settings

Then edit options.

Then go though all that how you want things set up. They have notifications and subscribtions.

And why is it considered CLUTTER if it's a email from a site you visit everyday

The emails I consider clutter are from

Amazon
ebay
paypal
groupon
dating site specials
Everyone is different but for me, seeing 20+ emails of CD notifications would clutter up my email especially if I don't check it everyday. I'm having enough challenges from all the advertisement-related emails from companies I do business with plus unwanted SPAM about Viagra so the last thing that I want is 20+ emails from CD. That's just me though

I's not like that. You only get one email notification if someone replies to a thread you posted in the FIRST time there's a reply, until you click through and visit the thread again. You won't get another notification about a new post in the same thread until you've visited that thread again. Like this thread had about 5 replies since I was last here. I got an email about the first reply. I came to find the rest too. Now that I've looked, if there's another reply after this, I'll get notified again. But it doesn't send me a message for every reply unless I visit the thread after each email notification. Hope that made sense.

I get one email per thread per first reply, no more notifications per thread until I visit the site. Most programs are set up that way so that you don't feel spammed.

I got an email the first time there was a reply since I last looked. 9:36 am. Right on time.

That is correct and unknown for many newcomers...

LOL! Well ... I'd check your SPAM folder as that's where my CD-related emails are going to even though I continuously click the "not spam" button. CD-related emails just started going into the SPAM folder within the past year so maybe they are now winding up in your SPAM inbox.
