When I click on someone's user name to see all of their posts, the drop down menu doesn't appear any more. Clicking on their name takes me straight to their profile (or the message that only friends can see the profile).

Hmm...I just cleared cookies, logged on to c-d again, and I don't get the menu when I click on your name. Strange. Of course I can always do a search, but it's odd. I'm using IE 10.

Oh nooooo... maybe I have ceased to exist???? Seriously, I wish I could offer some advice or suggestions as to what to try but my computer knowledge is severely limited.

I have no problems with the drop down, using Foxfire browser.

The only immediate thing I can think of is to reboot your computer... (shut it down, start it back up)

I get the drop down menu, but I think when I click on a user name when in a direct message it goes straight to the profile. I don't have a problem while in a thread, though.

You are using Internet Explorer 11, aren't you?

I am, and I have the same issue. Straight to the User Profile.

I have no sympathy for anyone still using IE. Changing does take you temporarily out of your comfort zone, but not having to deal with issue after issue as I did with IE makes the change well worth it.
