Just what it says, I can't ever access the state forums when I am on my phone. I am not sure if it is because I have it minimized on my home computer or not, but I am not able to click on the little icon to open it up.
It is there and I can see it, but it is not clickable, and I cannot open it.
Not the end of the world, but I do post in one of the state forums and would like to be able to access it.
I am glad you found that, it's one of those things that a person never really see's. I just set mine up the way you described and you are absolutely correct. You can not maximize the forum list. If you maximize on your home computer, you'll also find that you can not minimize with your phone. The button simply does not work to either maximize, or minimize.
Having minimize or maximize on regular computer and android do not effect each other. This is a browser feature not a log in feature.
To maximize the screen back click the icon
If you don't have that icon click City-Data Forum (the root directory) on your device the issue is on, and it should appear.
If this doesn't work, clear the cookies on your android browser not the device.

I try to duplicate the issue your having on my android and it wont let me minimize any of the five index forum. Which is good as I use of the index pages when I log in.
So the techie knows what to look into, what version of Android are you using?
Mine has been like this since the weird glitches a month or so ago. It also still has everything underlined when I browse on my phone, and I get an error when I try to view profiles, etc. I logged out, cleared cookies and cache - no luck.

I can access state forums with 4.4 kitkat. But, all my searches come back 'no search results'... :-(
