Question about foreign language links in blog posts

Having recently gone over the rules relating to blog posts , it has come to my attention that they do not appear to address the issue of whether it is permissible to link to ( f.ex ) foreign language articles or not .

Thus my question is would I be correct in assuming that the same rule regarding foreign language links that exists throughout much of the board , also applies to blog posts ?

Or is there an exception granted in this case like there is in the European forum ?
