Two individuals - mod cut: member identities removed keep sending me unwanted and inappropriate direct messages. Is there anyway to block them?

Putting a member on Ignore will also block Direct Messages from that member. Post #2 in this thread explains where to find the Ignore list.

If the messages violate City-Data's Terms of Service in some way (personal attacks, insults, etc.) send a Direct Message to one of the Senior Moderators, as they can issue infractions for the messages in your Direct Message Inbox.

You can also change your DMs so you can only receive them from friends and administrators. I had to do that b/c of a troll who sent me some awful stuff.
