I added some subscriptions, and I didn't get any e-mail either from them. I don't normally subscribe to threads, but if you really need to see if they've been replied to under "My settings" you can click "List subscriptions" under "Subscribed threads" they will be a dark blue if they have new posts.
I just received ONE notification for the thread I started in the PETS catagory. But I have 33 subscriptions???
I had this problem. Then I realized that everytime I receive a notification, if I didn't go and view the new post..then it would not send me any more emails.
The server would pick up when I went and viewed the new post. If I just erased the email and never went to thread to read it, it would not send me anymore. I don't know if that is what is going on with you.. but I felt kinda dumb when I realized what I did. I was sitting there all pissy at my computer.
And I thought it was something I did. All of my e-mail alerts stopped too.
