I ran across my first closed thread (or at least the first one I noticed). I assume the Moderators close a thread. But why? What is the basis?
While this one did have a point of disagreement, it seemed pretty mild compared to some I've seen in the past. To read the closed thread goto:
My visit to Raleigh, NC and pics of homes

It was my fault it seems. At least that was the nasty gram I got from a mod (who you can't reply to I found out!).

I think any real estate professional that would do the things that the person wanted should lose their license (The Fair Housing Act is law for a reason and even cops shouldn't be allowed to circumvent it) and you just aren't going to find an all white school in Wake County...not even in Wake Forest.

The person complained from what I was told, and the thread was closed.
