Does anyone have experience ordering the OBC for a deceased adopted parent? I caught a post in one of the Facebook groups where someone wanted to order their deceased mothers, the paperwork confused them. I messaged them to google this thread, hopefully they will join to ask for help. They are legally entitled to it from looking at the web site. They got stuck on not knowing their mothers birth name or something like that, told them it should be under her adopted name.
