WHO is saying this but you??? I noted that his mother's line descends from a black man. It is common knowledge that black people who could pass as white would often pass as white, especially when there were harsh consequences for being black. Have you seen photos of Ralph Bunche? His family lived as "black" but even he might have been able to pass for Italian or something. So it's not a stretch that the "white" Punch descendants passed. You seem to be the one that can't deal with the truth.
Again you try to paint a white woman Black by saying her line exclusively descends from a Black man. She may have had some African ancestry, but she is quite clearly WHITE and mostly European. And last I heard Black men or men and general can't spawn children by themselves.
It's extremely dishonest to say Obama's mother was Black. She was white, had white privilege, never would have faced any discrimination or persecution that a Black person would face because the woman was a white as any other white woman.
Both her parents were white. Maybe going back to slavery she does have a black ancestor. Many white people probably do. That does not mean they are BLACK.
Unless you're going to say every Black person with white ancestry is WHITE and passing for Black.

Barack did not have two Black parents. There is no reason to lie or even false stuff. It makes it seems like you can't deal with reality/suffer from mental illness. His mother was a white American woman, his grandparents where white Americans.
Treemoni is best to be ignored. He's what's known as a "black radical extremist." For him to argue that Obama's mother is anything other than a white American, displays his clear ignorance.
In his black radicalism, everyone in the world is actually black and originated from one tiny tribe in the middle of Africa. Scandinavians? Black. Pacific Islanders? Black. East Asians? Black.

While European families had hundreds of years to settle down In America, African- Americans had only had about 150. For A 100 of those years they were treated as second class citizens. Black people were not even allowed to attend the University of Mississippi until 1972. The high paying jobs offered to White were not offered to the blacks with the same skills. Today, black people are affected negatively by this harsh entrance to American Society. Black people are less educated, less employed, and less prideful, because they were born in a world where they were punished for being black. Media today still attacks the black family. Look who pushed the drugs into the neighborhoods, who was the CEO and pushers of gangster rap. America needs a lower class and the Media would love to keep black people there.
Sounds like a victim mentality to me. If you're poor, get a job. If you're still broke, get two jobs or a higher paying one. If that's not working, move to another state and get a job. If that doesn't work, get two jobs in that state. Still not working? Try investing your money. Nothing? Ok how about working 3 jobs?
Quit blaming people and get on with your life. The people who work the hardest, save their money the hardest, invest in the future the hardest, regardless of color, religion, sexual orientation, etc win. It's that simple. If I save my money and work hard to get ahead and you don't... I win.
I don’t doubt that Barack and Michelle love each other.
It’s very hard for me to say what lead Michelle to unite with Barack, mostly because I haven’t researched her aspect of this.
With Barack, and based on all the information that exist regarding who he picked to be his spouse, its certain to me that from his part it didn’t start with love but interest. The love part probably grew on him with time, if not during courtship and marriage then definitely after the daughters were born. None of this negates that Barack initially picked Michelle not so much due to a love of her, but rather his desire to become president. At that particular moment of his life he decided to sacrifice his own full happiness because his desire to be president was greater. Had the US been a different type of society where people’s allegiances aren’t based on race/color/with whom they date or marry, that’s one sacrifice Barack would had never done. I think she was the prize not him.
Now that I think about it, I don’t think the US has ever had an interracial presidential family. The reasons for that probably has nothing to do with many of the presidents themselves but rather the racism that permeate US society.

A black man perusing higher education at the level of Yale or Harvard or in the Ivy League schools will come into contact with African American women who are far from "normal." According to the journal of Blacks in Higher Education, black men are out numbered. You will find many black women in the Ivy league come from backgrounds that for all practical purposes are no different from their white counterparts.
