As far as i know there is no English version.
Algeria is known by some tourism experts (especially trek, raid, adventure) as the most interesting country in North Africa.
But due to the Oil fortune, their special history, the different governments did not put the tourism development as a priority.
That's why Morocco and Tunisia are more popular.
If some areas are quite insecure, almost in the south, near Niger borders in particular, the rest is quite safe for those who are familiar with the Middle East.
