The answer will vary significantly for different people because each person has different interests. If you like the beaches and ocean, then of course Dar Es Salaam has that. If you are interested in NGO work, then either Nairobi or Addis Ababa would be hard to beat. If you want to be close to National Park Reserves, than Nairobi will be hard to beat, etc.

I havent been to any of them, but have friends from all three countries. It would appear that right now, Ethiopia is the country with the most promising outlook. That country has been making real strides in terms of economic growth and stability. The other two are definitely not as promising especially Tanzania who lost its president and had its issues with covid. Just my two cents. So for living, definitely Addis. Now for tourism, then you might prefer Kenya or Tanzania as they have more of the safari type stuff.

Tanzania is booming wtf are you talking about? The outlook is great and every african country has low rates for covid. The president died sure, great man who made a mockery of America i personally knew his days were numbered because of it. All three countries are safe, big tourist destinations and safe
