Some Lebanese, mostly Christians, moved into Israel after Israel withdrew from south Lebanon in 2000. The reason is because they were affiliated with the South Lebanese Army, which fought the Palestinians.
Nazareth, Bethlehem, and Ramallah have had large (percentage-wise) Christian Arab populations for decades. So have numerous places sprinkled all over the Holy Land.
There are other Christian Arabs that live in Israel besides this Lebanese group. I am not sure what the OP's main point is.

Well I can imagine there are some, but most Christian Arabs have moved to places such as USA, Latin America, Canada, Europe and Australia. Here in Australia most Lebanese Christians that have moved here moved since the Lebanese civil war. Yet here in Australia half the immigrants were Christian, the other half half Muslim.
