I don't know why you say that...? I stated that manual tasks that are not rote will be harder to replace than jobs that can be done online. This is because they require development and investment in a complex mechanical system. Not just "thinking".

Both types of jobs will go.

Fine tuned dexterity is a job for AI just as much as knowledge based jobs are, and that is all you need for blue collar work.

The entire system will be reworked to accommodate the process. This is what will take time.

The big leap is that we’re on the cusp of developing tech that is capable of multi tasking, with professional level(and better) capability and consistency. That will be when humans are truly replaced and is probably 100-150 years away.
