Hi, I was looking online at houses and spotted one on S.8th St looks to be near East Gadsden area near E.Broad st. The house looks nice and the neighborhood looks nice on street view but I also read that it’s one of the poorest in the city. Is this true? Anyone familiar with this area? Lots of much older homes in the area. Thanks!!
