September 1 Ider Mule Days This annual event showcases Sand Mountain’s rich agricultural heritage. Enjoy a parade of mules, horses, carriages, antique tractors and more. A horse pull, mule pull, antique tractors and cars, arts and crafts, food, children’s games, and so much more make this day one you won’t want to miss. Event takes place in the town of Ider and begins at 9:30 a.m. 256-657-4184


This is alot of fun for the whole family. Great food, cool kid's stuff, awesome pulls... the works! Come on down for a great day!

I've been to Mule Days in Bishop, CA. If you're ever there Memorial Day weekend, it's a great mix of Patriotic fun and Mule Fun! Enjoy!

Just wanted to thank the folks of Ider for another great event! We had alot of fun. The mules were awesome as usual and the kid's area was a hit. How 'bout that hometown parade, don't ya love it? Thanks!!!
