Hi all, I was wondering if someone could recommend the better city, Kenai or Soldotna for rentals... I was thinking of buying a house on the Kenai Peninsula and would appreciate some input. Thanks!

Soldotna and Kenai are separate towns on the Kenai Peninsula, Soldotna is more accessible on the main drag between Anchorage and Homer ...., but only separated by a few miles from Kenai and actually 2 main roads between them....Check the local papers, Craigslist...could be a toss-up with demand. Sterling and Kasilof are close, but not sure of rental availability now, this time of year there are the resort rentals that come up as tourist season is done, but they are only for 6 months or so, but that may be a good thing to have time to look to buy
