The cast of characters that come to the Alaska forum make it almost, I said almost, as intriguing as the single most dysfunctional forum on C-D:

The Relationship forum.

The Dalton Hwy from the Brooks Range all the way to Deadhorse is usually snow free by March 18. No need to weigh yourself down packing all of that heavy Arctic clothing. You will be fine with just a light sweater and shorts.

I hereby apologize to this forum for encouraging joke threads; I'm officially embarrassed by what has become of the genre (thanks to Totek and the Snow Leopard hunter). Now can we just move on?

No! This is ten times more awesome then hearing about the delicious wonton at Sam & Lees where all the tables are decorated with Forget-Me-Nots that never wilt or die.

Maybe they could hang pictures of snow leopards there.
