What are you folks using for power out in the Bush for power? With Solar, Wind & Hydro being cheaper now a days are more using it or just the old Generator?

All houses are on a stream, we use a paddle wheel for everything.

That paddle wheel might work on the property in McGrath, but not in Meth-Su or on Kodiak Island.

As a husky owner, I absolutely love that idea.

What's not to love about clean energy, with the added bonus of the most devious pet in my house wore out from exercise?

Because if he's sleeping... He's not plotting. At least, that's the theory.

Come to think of it, he'd probably install a flux capacitor in the wheel, and head back in time after the first cat. Disregard.

I don't know. With all of the little "presents" my dog leaves in the yard, I wouldn't exactly call it clean energy!

Could always be put in a 55-gal drum, half water half "caca" to produce methane
