So, fellow Alaska newbies, what is the best advice you have received prior to or since moving here? Since I' wondering about proven results, I'm asking mostly about the advice you have actually taken.
My favorite so far, received just the other day: remove and warm/dry the felt liners in your boots every night. Even if you don't think they are damp, they probably are.
