The fog was rolling through the valley today also. Had to get high (so to speak) to get these shots above the fog.

Very good pictures Ed...

The lens has electronic Image Stabilization (VR) therefore it can be hand-held....not for long or for more than a couple shots as its heavy

I have just the one lens right now, 18-250. Works quite well for me though I seem to get quite a bit of vignetting at times.

Nikon MB-D10...aside from providing extra power it bumps the frame advance rate to 8 frames per second if you need that...great for birds in flight & grizzlies on the run, pull the trigger and it clicks them off as fast as the buffer will allow and installs them at a very similar rate to a the CF Card....ya gotta have a high speed card to accomplish that
