Xa'at, this is just exquisite!! So many textures! So many different volumes! Exquisite, ma'am goddess.

Warpt, thank you for this! I keep trying to find, understand, the distances in your Bethel shots. This ain't exactly sexy, but at last I can see distances. Thank you!

Night shot of the Kusko 300 finish line...

Rohn Buser, He found some deep overflow on the trail. He's wet past his waste!

Rohn again, 5th place.

Rohn and his dad, Martin. Martin took sixth place, 15 minutes behind his son.

Martin unpacking one of his dogs from his sled.

Wow, thanks... I don't believe I have ever received such exuberant praise before in my life for my photography skills- which are, at best amateur. I have to admit, I've never taken an actual class in photography before... although my father taught me young how to work in a darkroom... that was before digital cameras (oh my, I believe I may have aged myself ) but I've still always thought of hand-developed grayscale photos as the crème de la crème of photography. I don't have time for that sort of thing myself, though, so my trusty constant companion, a little Nikkon Coolpix, has gotten a lot of use.
Come to think of it, I've never taken a writing class either, besides the normal comp classes required for any sort of diploma these days...
Huh. The goddess may yet have some talent.
