But I figured I'd let everyone swing in the wind of what is significant about it, at least for awhile. Warpt is the one most likely to pick up on it... I'll merely say that it is obvious, not something that is hidden. But it does require knowing something about Alaska too.
Floyd,

1) If anything, when you reduce its size, flaws such as bad focus should be less apparent. This image by any stretch has a blur (probably induced by subject motion). Now, blur can be exploited artistically, but I don't see that here. Note: this is not negative criticism in the least (some folk here are quite thin-skinned; I hope you aren't).

2) I figured the woman was a native Alaskan. But since you said "exceedingly significant" it piqued my curiosity. So, if there's more to it that meets my (Alaska-innocent) eye, I am all ears.

There's nothing to get over, dude. Chill. Can't one disagree without being unfriendly? Or are we expected to bake pies and pat one another all the time here?

Ask for severence pay, Ed. And whether COBRA carries over with the 401K. I smell a labor grievance suit here.
