Worked was postponed for a week, so it was just too damn nice out, had to go for a hike.
I went back over to Jim and Mud Lakes (walked across Mud Lake close to Knik River) again, but before that, headed up Hatcher Pass.

Thanks Deb..I've been, lets say, experimenting with stuff.

That's what I want to hear, if the photos, umm, hit the spot or not, not sure how to say it.

I didn't mean your angle, I meant the way it all appeared to facing right into the mountain...I don't get why someone would do that...but the conglomeration in itself is something I would like if I could have, or convince man-guy to build for me...nice little rentals, etc....

I don't want to offend your eye..., my thing is that when we came up here, I am looking for a retirement income and I don't have to type my fingers off anymore, we rent out our 5th wheel for the summer months or as long as feasible, I would like a couple little cabins...we don't have much a view here except for trees...I now have a side job this week boarding a couple of dogs from Sterling..no doggie services here on the peninsula to speak of, so another option or to add on...I just cannot believe they faced these directly into the mountain, hill ....you know what I mean, I hope....

Hmm, I never really thought about it, but you're right, why not face them down the valley.
No (or not many) dog services in your area? Wow, I'd go for it then.

Thanks again for the great pic's all... they are always apreciated.

Warpt, I see a use for those cars... they look like bearproof cold storage for the transient hunters... arrange shipping and you've got yourself a cold storage biz...lol.
