Could be. We didn't get to many around here this year. But in years past I have seen lots in the sky. And it always happens after a long night of shooting pics and I just to tired to take any more

No it was the 18-70mm which happened to be on the camera. Pulled over for a 1 minute rest stop at the outhouses on Turnagain Pass. Took a couple shots and hit the road again.
I've got the 20mm here at work tho...hoping to give it a trial run tonight.

Great picture of the cloudberries! Yes, they're called cloudberries in Alaska too. They grow low in the muskeg, are considered the most delicious berry in the world -really. I have some in the muskeg next to my house, along with the wild cranberries and love to don the raingear and crawl around in the wet moss picking berries, my favorite summertime treat! Last year the cranberries were so thick it looked like someone dumped buckets of them all over.
