Nice Dawn.
It's really cool up there when the fog and mist rolls through.

Candle,

Your pictures are gorgeous. A couple of them remind me so much of where we lived in Pennsylvania before we got base housing. I was about 4 but I remember white-barked trees and Dad and I would go for walks to look at trees and leaves.

Thanks for the memories.

Thanks Ed! Glad to see all your pics and your travels, too
And thanks for all your families work on the gathering......sorry I couldn't have made it, but the "timeclock" tolled for me.

Thanks Ketabcha,

Being in those woods made me feel very peaceful. I'd build a cabin there if I owned that land.

Amazing- I'm originally from the Puget Sound, and there's some beautiful scenery there, except I notice one big difference in your pics- no buildings or people. Well, maybe two things, the bears. I wish I was moving up there in the Summer, but hey, nothing like hitting the ground running (or in this case shivering)

Nice Shots Rance. We were down your way yesterday, well sort of, we went to Seward.

Alex got a good shot of a Black Bear at Exit Glacier.

Seward highway is strange now, right after Moose Pass there is a "speed zone" from 55 right to 25 with no warning. Took me by surprise.
