Funny how all the crap has come out just after the elections. I think Obama is going to either be on a sinking ship of his own design, or he is clearly the Antichrist.

He is getting the masses to follow him because he promises everything and delivers nothing. This Health care bill is going to end any chance of a quality life for those that are in need of true medical assistance. Then of course printing 50 billion dollars a month with nothing to back it up isn't going to bode well, nor is China our friend. When they dump three trillion of debt on the world market, you won't be able to buy a loaf of bread with a wheelbarrow full of cash, it will be worthless.

Either way, get some Popcorn and watch the show!

Funny when I put the word "Obama" though my spell checker, it keeps coming up as ABM, which in military jargon means Anti Ballistic Missle.... Just thought that was interesting.

You guys sound as paranoid as my dad did in the 80's. The world as you know it is not going to end. Greedy health insurance companies are the enemy, not your government.

Well, the government can be an enemy too, depending on what one's up to But yeah, there's a big difference between informed concerns about Obama's stances and actions, and all this END OF THE WORLD junk. The US has survived a lot worse and the world has survived a hell of a lot worse.

Considering there's no way to have all the "necessary signatures" to legally secede from the US, no, it doesn't.

Well actually it appears there is...

Obama from what I heard started a website on where you can post for Constitutional changes and other earth shaking events, and if more than 25,000 "Likes" or however they sign up are achieved, then it was/world go to some kind of official hearing somewhere.

Well it was suppose to be where the socialist like minded people would come up with things that would endow Obama to the world. Instead, the day after the elections apparently some guy started a thread where his state is requesting succession from America. Anyway, it went viral and according to the news, that one site hit half a million and now there are about 25 States that have such things going now.

Apparently the "Man", isn't happy about it.

Wonder is Alaska has one going!?

I should google it.... or someone and post the site, if it hasn't been shut down by now.

**************************

Update!

Ok, according to my 1.456 seconds search on Google, I came up with this and other 1,880,000,000 results...

but it appears it is 15 States verses 25 unless this was an older posting...

Citizens from 15 states have filed petitions to secede from the United States - Dallas Top News | Examiner.com

**************************

Another update.

OK, it appears this is an older post dated November 11, 2012, so it may be up to 35 States that want to jump ship by now.... LOL

And that hearing will end in what, do you think? I'm going to go out on a limb here and say: not legal secession

I think I heard tonight that Texas is the only state with a constitutional right to secede since it is the only state that was an independent republic before it decided to join the US. The rest of us would have to fight for our freedom.

Texas initially had a provision that would allow it to legally withdraw from the union, but that was superseded by a new agreement like 150 years ago - it no longer holds. The level of misinformation floating around out there right now is mindboggling to me.
