Listen to the man, Metla!!
Let me explain something here.

We're talking about looking soft and sweet when he knocks on my door to "borrow a book" or some other pretense. The sireny, "trying too hard" Vickie's Secret thing would simply make me look pathetically over interested and cheap. The man is an engineer so he has a different brain set than most. And perhaps I gave some of you the wrong idea. I have already "enticed" the poor thing to distraction but I in no way mean to bonk him with a wine bottle at this early stage of things. I am not that sort of girl.

I merely want him to see me looking soft and warm, not tacky and desperate.

However--I didn't find the right flannels in "town". Alaskan454 will be glad to hear, however, that I bought 2 pairs of Carhhart jeans.

He finds them very alluring and has been pestering me for ages to invest in some.

Can you find the long johns with the drop seat? Besides being form fitting and yet full coverage, the engineer will have a wonderful time devising methods for activating the drop seat while maintaining plausible deniability.

Try to find something in a floral print or with small animal to convey that wicked innocent aura.

What do you think Rance? could you pass up a vixen in a floral flannel with a drop seat?

Oooopsy!! My apologies Metla for misunderstanding.

I am sure that whatever you wear you could never look cheap or over anxious and, I'm sure, none of us here would possibly think you were that sort of girl. *I'm sure everyone is nodding vigorously*

I can tell from your posts that soft and warm is indeed the real you.

You just do your own romantic thing and I'll slap a strip of duct tape over my mouth, figuratively, and leave you be.
(at least for now, I hate to outright lie)

LOL--Goddess, the Vickie's Secret thing is for after you've clubbed him over the head and dragged him to your lair. Before that, well, you just have to convince him that you're a nice girl, you know?

Going to take a shower and try on my new Carhhart jeans now....

NO FLANNEL!!! What you want is something like a stretchy fitted long-sleeve T shirt or henley that hugs your, um, curves, and cute, comfy pajama pants.
