OK, the Alaska version of a Bigfoot is called an "Otterman", they are about 5 feet tall have webbed fingers and have yellow catlike eyes. They will be in the water most of the time and will come up to fishermen waiting for the tides to change to check their set nets. They can see their eyes in the reflection of the boats anchor lamp/lights.

I don't remember the proper name for them anymore , but the are in South East Alaska. There is a Bay in Southeast that translates out to Bigfoot Bay.

Anyway, just figured I through that out there.

Bigfoot, or Bigfeet, (not sure of the proper plural term), live in inner Earth in a land called Pellucidar. The entrance is somewhere in the Canadian Rockies. The government has known of them for many years, and is working with their leader to try to relocate them to a reservation somewhere in Utah. Negotiations have been difficult, due mainly to the language which consists of grunts, crys, and a sort of whistle. There have also been complaints of hygiene issues as well. It appears that things are moving along, nicely, though. The general consensus, it seems, is that they are willing to relocate, if, and only if, they are compensated for the years they have been harrassed, and maligned by Bigfoot Hunters, History Channel, National Enquirer, and all the other media that falsely misrepresented them.

Friend Andrew from Skagway was in Sitak for few day's. Fishing for sport and on land Andrew did some knocking sounds on trees. This above picture came out on his cellular phone. Andrew is from Tampa, Florida and lives year round in Skagway. Andrew does stuff for Alaska Magazine & Fish. Area of photo Totem Park. The right place at the right time.
