Hello I posted on here before about my move to Alaska and I have contacted a realtor to begin my search for what I want but nows the time I need to start preparing...any help of what I might need for my move? What I should be expecting by living there? Good and bad things? Anything you all can tell me will help a lot, I won't live in town but I won't be to far from it.

I have found some nice property in anchor point on a river so I'm liking that so far, but I will probably bring the necessary things and buy whatever else while I'm there, I have a jeep wrangler that I'll also be bringing and I work with the union doing line work so I travel for my job so that's not a big deal...any suggestions?
